My name is Andrew Taylor. In 2016 I ate nothing but potatoes for the entire year in an attempt to treat food addiction in the same way an alcoholic would treat their addiction – by quitting! In the process I lost over 120lbs and over came clinical depression and anxiety amongst other things.

Chad Sarno is the co founder of the plant-based seafood company, Good Catch Foods and currently the VP of Culinary, launching a line of ‘seafood without sacrifice’, available this coming january. Co-founder of Wicked Healthy, a thriving online community whose focus is culinary innovation training and product development, restaurant consulting, and launching the Wicked Kitchen line exclusively sold at Tesco with his brother. Formally Chad was the VP of Plant-Based Education at Rouxbe Online Culinary School, the world’s largest online culinary school, launching the first plant-based culinary accredited courses online. Some of the international projects Chad has embarked on span from the launch of a boutique plant-based restaurant brand throughout Europe in Istanbul, London and Munich to the recent restaurant opening in Belgrade, Serbia. Chad’s mission of health inspired plant-based eating has reached all corners of the globe.

Chad joined the global team at Whole Foods Market to launch innovative health and wellness initiatives as the Global RnD Chef and culinary media spokesperson for the companies healthy eating program.

Chad’s celebrated recipes have also allowed him to serve as contributing author to more than 10 health-related books, including New York Times bestselling cookbook The Conscious Cook, and to co-authoring the bestseller Crazy Sexy Kitchen with Kris Carr.

Chad’s book with his brother, The Wicked Healthy Cookbook is available now, along with the Whole Foods Cookbook that was just released last month.
