The Main Street Vegan Podcast: Feb. 7th, 2018: Fitness. Order. Fashion.

Vegan Health & Fitness magazine editor Brenda Carey opens the show with hot fitness news, especially for those over 40. Then Adrienne Borgersen of La Fashionista Compassionista joins us with spring fashion trends & how organizing one’s space is part of the new chic. Plus a pop-in from fashion designer Joshua Katcher & a glimpse of his upcoming, industry-shifting book: Fashion Animals

Brenda Carey is the founder, owner, and Editor in Chief of Vegan Health & Fitness Magazine. She founded VHF in 2012 in an effort to bring information about vegan nutrition, as well as top vegan athletes, to the mainstream public. Her vision, that she has seen come true, was to see images of fit, and especially muscular, people on the cover of a magazine with the word “vegan” in the title. And this magazine would be on newsstands at major chain supermarkets and bookstores to educate even those who merely see the cover about how beneficial the vegan lifestyle truly is. And now it is!
